Return / Exchanges

Mugwort hopes you love the art you buy, but if that is not the case please let them know by filling out the contact form or emailing pinkngreens.shop@gmail.com to discuss how you would like to proceed.

Returns and exchanges are accepted if :

• your piece is defective or has broken at the fault of Mugwort
• your clothing item does not fit you right
• your clothing piece is new and unused
  
• your art is still in its new original state
  

Returns and exchanges are NOT accepted if :

• you purchased herbal items. all herbal items are final sale.
• you changed your mind and don’t want it anymore
• you broke or damaged the art yourself
• you did not read the description of the item or ordered the wrong item
• you wore the clothes out already and it has a smell or has been washed
  

* Please read descriptions Mugwort took time and care to write before ordering. If you need to exchange sizes, you will be responsible for covering shipping costs. Please read descriptions for individual product size recommendations.
